Payment Methods: Credit Cards - currently accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Money Order/Cashier’s Checks - offers payment by Certified Check or Money Order for orders mailed to us at the address listed here. Orders made by these means will be held pending shipment until funds have been received by our bank (normally 3 business days). Company Check - offers payment by Company Check for wholesale customers who have filled out a application and submitted the proper State and Federal ID Certificates. These orders will be shipped COD – company check. First-time orders can not be company check and must be paid with other accepted payment forms. Sales Tax: only collects local sales tax on orders shipped within the State of South Carolina. For areas outside the State of South Carolina, please check with your local tax authorities regarding any local sales tax liabilities. Canadian customers, please note that is not responsible for duties and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions.

Shipping: All orders are shipped using Regular Ground service. Delivery times vary due to many factors including availability of product, hours of operation, weather conditions, distance from our warehouse to your location, etc. In general, all orders placed before 2pm EST today are processed same day and ship out of our warehouse within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). These delivery times are in addition to the time that is required for us to process, pack and ship your order. Shipping carriers do NOT make delivery date guarantees for orders shipped via Regular Ground Service. Should you need a product delivered by a specific date we highly recommend that you call our order line during regular business hours to insure that the products you wish to purchase are available and ready to ship. For call in orders we offer UPS and FEDEX Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day shipping services to any location in the USA. Our sales staff can quickly look up shipping rates for each shipping service type so you can compare and decide which shipping service best meets your needs. All shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the distance your order travels from our warehouse. We do not have any additional hidden handling or processing fees.

Product Warranties:
Each product War Machine manufactures comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty (unless specifically stated otherwise). All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer. All products must be registered with War Machine using the Warranty Card shipped with every product at the point of sale. All warranty repairs must be phoned in to our Technical Support Department to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization Number). Each product must be safely packaged with proper packaging and clearly labeled with the RMA # and returned to : WAR MACHINE, INC 3429-B RUTHERFORD RD EXT TAYLORS,SC 29687 ATTN: RMA DEPT RMA #XXXXX (This # is given out by Tech Support) All Warranty items will be shipped pre-paid by customer to the Warranty Depot listed above and will be return shipped pre-paid by can not be held responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.

Damaged Shipments:
If you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged, please notify the carrier (UPS, Federal Express, or Motor Freight Company) and immediately. IMPORTANT: Before a carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, it's representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton.
